But, I’ll keep it short. I’ve been fortunate enough to buy and tests many products and to see what best works for my dry to oily skin.

As a West African, I’ve always been around African Black Soap and Sheer Butter. The one that I’ve taken moving forward as a young woman has been black soap. I’ve always had oily skin, and I love the dryness and clarity it gives to my face, it removed all the acne scars and discolouration on my face. Plus it’s all natural.

What is the most important step in your skincare routine ?
Personally I love exfoliating, I do it every morning with Dermalogica Daily Superfoliant, I noticed my skin becoming brighter and clearer with every use. Both Black soap and the Superfoliant I use before I go to bed.

What are your masking besties ?
Oh my besties, they would have to be DR.JART face masks , I usually buy “Clearing Solution” and the home made preferred, which usually includes bentonite clay, apple cider vinegar, some water and honey . Once a week of that one is enough.

Do you have a beauty tips you can share with us?
Always wash your face before you go to bed and regularly wash your pillow cases sis.

Memu Conteh, model – Sydney. @memu.conteh What is your first beauty move in the morning? My first beauty move in the morning is a splash of cold water , it wakens me up and it’s cooling. The beauty product that you’ll love forever?Wow, I have many!
