How to take care of your skin?

Hydrating

Whether your skin is dry, mixed, oily or normal, it is important to moisturize it morning and evening using products that meet your needs. Good hydration helps to protect the skin from external aggressions, to obtain a better elasticity and to make it more luminous. You can also apply a serum before your cream if you want to strengthen a need or fight against certain situations (example: a serum anti-redness).

And of course, remember to drink at least 1.5L of water a day to ensure better hydration!

Cleansing

With pollution and all the elements that reside in the air, our skin is constantly in contact with different impurities. These accumulate throughout the day and prevent our skin from breathing. It is therefore essential to clean the skin morning and evening (even if you have not makeup!).

We recommend double cleaning for healthy and purified skin. Indeed, the double cleaning makes it possible to clean the skin deeply and gently. This one, as its name suggests, is carried out in two stages: the first – oily phase (oil or make-up remover); the second – aqueous phase (milk or foaming cleansing gel). After a few months, you will find a skin in good health and less torn.

Balancing

In order that your skin can regenerate and get rid of all the little hassles accumulated (fatigue, stress…), it is important to give it a care once a week. It takes a little time (on average 30min) but it is necessary to give you this break.

Our essential steps: 1) Scrub. 2) Exfoliating mask. 3) Moisturizing mask. By performing this routine regularly, you will see that your skin texture is more refined and your skin brighter.
