Everyday is a fight to keep our skin as clear as possible. We would like to have it glowy, without a spot, hydrated no matter what. The problem? We sabotage ourselves way too much and we are the public enemy number one. Here are 5 tips to help you respect your skin (and stop being such a dictator with it):
1/ Stop blowing up your spots with bare (and dirty) hands. Of course, the temptation is always too strong, but before any break down don’t forget to wash you hands! Then take a tissue and you can start the war, it will prevent any germ to go elsewhere on your face.
2/ Don’t forget to clean your phone. Our bestie can easily turn into an enemy. Our phone screens are full of germs that ends up on our cheeks after any call we take.The solution? Keep small phone cleaning wipes with you or use headphones so avoid any risks.
3/ Clean your skin in the morning and at night. And by cleaning we also mean “remove your make-up before you go to bed even after a crazy party night”. Please don’t answer your bed call and take some time to clean your skin before going to sleep!
4/ To minimize spots party on your skin let it breathe twice a week. Bye bye Make-up (but only for 48 hours we promise!)
5/ And at last but not least : don’t touch your face during the day. It’s the hardest one, we know, but think about all the germs on your hands that you put on your skin sis!
