The favorite spots of Julie Praet – Healthy City Guide

Founder of the Healthy City Guide app, Julie Praet walks the globe in search of the best healthy and zen addresses. For Standards, Julie reveals a small selection of her favorite spots!

Moon juice – Los Angeles, USA. @moonjuice

Moon Juice is one of the first healthy addresses I’ve discovered!

There was still no juice bar or adaptogen in Paris. I love the visual world, the natural and specific products for every need, the healthy snacks, their incredible juices, Amanda Chantal Bacon, the founder who inspired me a lot. She has a holistic vision of well-being. I love the shop at Venice Beach on Rose Avenue. As soon as I put a foot in LA, I rush!

Farmacy Kitchen – Londres, UK. @farmacyuk

Farmacy Kitchen sees food as a medicine. I am completely in tune with this vision! I am convinced that the food that we ingest in the body acts directly on health, mood and skin ! I also love that Farmacy is sophisticated and glamorous and therefore different from the more conventional coffee shops.

Maisie Café – Paris, FR. @maisiecafe

Maisie brought me a bit of Los Angeles to Paris! Their juices are fabulous and thought for health! I just love it ! It’s not very far from my office so when I need to see some color, palm trees (it’s their wallpaper) and smell the smell of detox juice, I’m going! Isabella Capece, the founder manages Maisie Café in parallel with her career in fashion! It’s very impressive and inspiring!

Kshanti Yoga – Paris, FR. @kshantiyoga

This studio is a little dream bubble! The Catalina Denis classes are incredible! I come out every time well in my head, strong, relaxed!

Love Juice Bar – Paris, FR. @lovejuicebarparis

Love Juice Bar offers the best acai bowls in Paris. I love this address. It’s small, all pink and very cute! When it is hot I find it much better than ice cream! It’s healthy, without sugar and so good!
